At CECloset, we want all our girls to be completely, 110% in LOVE with their purchase(s)!

So if for whatever reason you are not completely satisfied with your item, send it back for a store credit to pick out something else that fits instead!

Please note, CECloset does not offer refunds for returned purchases.   

CONDITIONS ON RETURNS

In order for us to provide you with a store credit on your return, it must meet the following conditions:

1.  You can return your item(s) within 28 days of receiving your order

2. Items must be received at HQ within 21 days of receipt

3.  Be received unworn, unwashed and with all tags & original packaging (i.e- boxes) intact. 

4.  Must be a full-priced item (We do not accept returns on sale items)

5. We do not accept returns on cosmetics, earrings or undergarments (bras/underwear/swimwear) for sanitary reasons.

6.  Return parcels must include the order number on the parcel

All returns will be processed within 3-5 business days upon receiving by our friendly staff. Once our team has inspected the item(s), they will contact you via email to provide details on the viability of a store credit. Please note that the store credit can only be used on our online store, not in our retail stores. We do not offer exchanges or refunds.

Note: Our team will inspect the return before we issue out a store credit. CECloset reserves the right to refuse the return if it does not meet the above mentioned conditions and the item(s) be sent back to the original sender. You will be notified via email if your item is not suitable for a return. Store credit are valid for 6 months only, after its expiration, the credit will not be valid for future use.
