At CECloset, we want all our lovely customers to be completely, 110% in LOVE with their purchase(s)!

We offer returns or exchanges on all full-priced and original condition purchases up to 7 days after the products are delivered to you.

CONDITIONS ON RETURNS

In order for us to provide you with a full returned or exchange on your purchase, it must meet the following conditions:

1.  You can mail back your item(s) within 7 days of receiving your order

2. You must provide a tracking number within 7 days of receipt of your order at Contact@cecloset.com.  We must receive your returned items within 10 days of issuing the return number.  

3.  Be received unworn, unwashed and with all tags & original packaging (i.e- boxes) intact. 

4.  Must be a full-priced item (We do not accept returns on sale items)

5. For exchange, customer will be responsible for the shipping costs from both ways.

7.  Please note there are exceptions for customized styles and sizes; our stylists will be sure to contact you after your purchase about those items!  They will be return for store credit only.

All exchanges will be processed within 3-5 business days upon receiving by our friendly staff. Once our team has inspected the item(s), they will contact you via email to provide details. 

Note: Our team will inspect all exchange items before we issue out a return. CECloset reserves the right to refuse the exchange if it does not meet the above mentioned conditions and the item(s) be sent back to the original sender. You will be notified via email if your item is not suitable for an exchange.
